At MAK-Online, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and home chefs.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order before the home chef begins preparing the food. Once the preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the meal is already being prepared.

2. Cancellation After Order Confirmation

If an order is cancelled after confirmation but before preparation, a refund may be processed according to our refund policy.

3. Order Cancellation by Home Chef

In rare situations, a home chef may need to cancel an order due to ingredient unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues

Orders may be cancelled if delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details, unreachable customer, or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within the standard refund processing time.

MAK-Online reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time to improve the service and maintain fair practices for customers and home chefs.
